I don’t know if it was just me, but I had a annoying time using the website. I couldn’t find what I was looking for easily, and the pages felt slow and kind of cluttered. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but it made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with my order from altusshooting.com. The product just felt cheaply made right out of the box, and the fit and finish weren’t as good as I expected. It also didn’t hold up the way I hoped it would. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I was just on altusshooting.com recently and they did have what I was looking for, so I’ll give them that. The site was easy enough to get around, and nothing about the experience was really frustrating.
That said, since this was fresh in my mind after checking out a few other places, the prices stood out to me more than anything. Some of the items seemed like good quality, but once I added shipping, it started feeling harder to justify.

Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but based on this latest visit, I’d probably wait for a sale before ordering. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the best value from what I saw.

I opened the package and it was just the wrong item. Not much else to say, what showed up wasn’t what I ordered.

I ordered some gear from altusshooting.com, the whole experience was frustrating. The payment went through right away, but after that I barely heard anything. I kept waiting for updates and eventually had to reach out myself just to figure out what was going on.

When they finally responded, the answer was vague and didn’t really clear anything up. Shipping also took longer than expected, and the whole process felt disorganized. Personally, I wouldn’t order from them again...

I was hoping it’d be a fun time, but the whole place just felt a little tired. The lanes seemed worn out, the lighting was weirdly dim, and I kept noticing little things that made it feel like nobody’s really keeping up with it. I don’t know, maybe I caught it on a bad day, but I left feeling more annoyed than anything.

I had to do an exchange, and it ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. Customer support did respond eventually, but everything felt slow and dragged out. By the end, I was just relieved it was over, but the whole process left me feeling frustrated.

I did a firearm transfer here and it was more of a hassle than I expected. Communication was slow and I felt like I had to keep reaching out just to get updates. The whole process dragged on longer than it should have and I probably would not use them again

I ordered from altusshooting.com thinking the items I wanted were actually in stock, but a couple of them showed as available and then later turned out not to be. i kind of regretted placing the order because I had already planned around getting that stuff. The site itself is okay and easy enough to use, but the inventory updates really need to be more accurate

The training felt rushed and I didn’t really get much out of it. Just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I wasn’t happy with how the gunsmith work turned out. To me, it looked sloppy and not as carefully done as I expected, so I left feeling disappointed with the overall result.

The shipping was ridiculously slow. My order just sat there for days with almost no updates, and by the time it finally showed up, it was way later than I expected. I reached out and basically got one of those canned apologies that doesn’t actually explain anything or make it better. Frustrating experience overall.
